人工的意義

日本公司比給料一向個起薪點都好唔錯,因為福利好, transportation + fringe allowance少不了, 5-day仲要OT唔算太嚴重...(7點前啦多數)其實真係幾好,做人唔應該太苛求,但偏偏小弟就太高要求, 無咁既料又大想頭...
做左7個幾月, 過左probation無review, 到依家annual review喇!唔知加幾多,朋友家人都話加5%已經好好,我就大大聲唔加夠15%我就走!可能大家會諗:有無搞錯!想發夢就去訓啦!...但係我都有自己既理由...
第一,我當初入黎個時係interview入面已經無問probation過左有冇得review,但係日本人已經自己講話應該有,唔...ok你turn out唔加我都無問題, 但係都唔該你review一下!!!連我阿頂你都冇consult過你就唔好話會review啦...
第二,我入黎見sales executive, 佢最後比左個assistant sales executive既位我, 話我仲green, 要train半年度就應該可以上一級, 咁我都覺得係既, fresh grad出黎唔通就當你有exp咩! 好喇,到依家7個幾月,佢升我都叫正常jei, 我第一日返工同一個女仔一齊入黎,佢有exp,所以係sales executive, 不過其實大家做既野差唔多...其實都無所謂, 不過我覺得依家我個位係我呢team最細...升左一級亦都係最細...其實都冇乜所謂jei(有所謂指佢地同本人都覺得能力勝任sales executive一職)
可能大家覺得我大貪啦,小弟其實唔係一個發錢寒既人,亦都唔係好大洗,不過除左想搵多個錢傍身等家中兩老無咁辛苦之外, 我真係好覺得一個人逗幾多錢同你有幾多料係成正比, 特別係當你係一間冇formal apprasial既公司入面,只有給料先可反映到你既performance...或者衰d個,你係老頂眼中既performance啦...所以加得少/冇得加真係幾灰..
其實我都明既...細既咁諗jei,為上者都仲有好多constraints既...好似ak話, 乜都講利益...我諗都係demand & supply jei...之但係我一定唔係一個見到supply唔夠我demand時就會啟動<付出調節系統>既老屎忽...不過如果我既supply meet到你demand既時候你又fulfill唔到我既demand既話...好簡單,我會搵過個supplier...況且大把人會meet到你個demand啦...
以上只係細佬亂up..咁多位...特別係各位老闆唔好見怪...又或者有乜需要糾正,請指出...
